Reading the papers

What it reads

The rate. That is looked up in the rate book by code, so a smudged figure on a photocopy cannot become a figure on your bill.
What it tells you
Anything it could not match is marked for you to cross verify, instead of being quietly left out or quietly guessed.
And it stays yours.
